I started my sports journey at 22, pursuing my own challenges, which led me to understand the importance of exercising to feel good and to want to share that well-being with others. I had close people who inspired me to overcome myself, and I will be forever grateful for having been introduced to this world. We live in a frenetic world where stress is part of our daily life, and sports are a powerful tool to escape this constant pressure and channel our emotions.

PROGRAMS

PILATES
Pilates is a physical exercise discipline that focuses on strengthening the body's internal muscles, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Through controlled movements and breathing techniques, Pilates promotes greater body awareness, stability, and alignment, helping to prevent injuries and improve overall well-being.

STRENGTH
Strength training provides significant endocrinometabolic benefits and reduces mortality because it makes us more active, stronger, less unstable, and more balanced. This translates to fewer falls and less fragility, especially in the most vulnerable groups: the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.
Strength training is key to maintaining functionality, increasing muscle mass, improving bone density, preventing injuries, enhancing balance, and thereby improving self-confidence and quality of life.

TRAIL RUNNING
It's an exciting way to run through trails and mountains with a group.
We work on cardiovascular endurance, speed, muscular strength, and perfect running technique on different terrains. Running in a group provides motivation and support, making the training safer and more enjoyable.

FUNCTIONAL
Functional training focuses on movements involving muscle chains, meaning integrated movement patterns that engage multiple joints and muscles simultaneously. It is one of the most effective methods within fitness. This type of training not only improves physical performance and burns calories but also helps optimize your entire body, achieving better coordination, balance, and flexibility. It is a method that seeks structural balance and enhanced performance through body movement in all its axes, which is why it is considered a comprehensive training approach.

PRE AND POSTNATAL
Training during pregnancy in a controlled manner and with appropriate weights benefits both the mother and the baby very positively. Strengthening the muscles, particularly the pelvic floor muscles, will help you be better prepared for childbirth and recover more effectively during the postpartum period.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is aimed at anyone who values their health and needs to recover from an injury, start a personal challenge, or continue progressing in any sports discipline. It is an individualized and highly personalized approach.
